Terms of Service

General

  • You are 18years or older
  • I have the right to refuse any project and cancel it if i feel uncomfortable with the client.
  • Any rude or ill behaviour from clients will not be tolerated and leads to a cancel of the commission.
  • Please provide at least a clear and completed design/ colored sketches for Vtuber Model Art.
  • I am allowed to post the commission on my social media + use it as a sample. Please inform me if you wish to keep the commission private till debut (additional fees will apply)
  • Please credit me clearly as the artist with link to my twitter, this means credit should not be difficult to find.
  • Prices of my commissions are subjected to change at anytime. Sent porposals expire after 1 Month.
  • You are not allowed to edit my work! If you want any changes please contact me!



Won’t Draw:
  • Realistic animals or humans
  • Old people

Commission Process

  • I will send you a proposal with a price. If you request something outside the listed commission scope, the price may be adjusted accordingly (complex poses, detailed backgrounds, intricate designs, etc.).
  • The proposal must be accepted within 3 business days, otherwise it will be canceled.
  • The following steps do not apply to Skeb-style commissions. There will be no contact or refunds for Skeb-style commissions.
  • After payment is received, I will send you a concept/sketch. This is the last stage for major revisions or missing information.
  • I will proceed with lineart and coloring according to the order in which commissions were received.
  • If you notice mistakes in WIPs, please inform me as soon as possible. I will do my best to fix them, but major revisions will not be accepted.
  • After completion the digital Art will be send via Discord, WeTransferor other FileSharing Services. Please make sure to download them in a timely manner.
Important: I will not add anything that wasn’t communicated from the start.

Decline of Requests

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without explanation.

Commissions without clear descriptions or references may be declined. Please provide as much information as possible, because after the sketch phase there will be no major changes or revisions.

If references/details are missing, I will treat the commission as a Skeb-style commission, meaning you give me full artistic freedom regarding pose and concept. No revisions will be available in this case.

Priority & Delivery

Since I work on multiple commissions simultaneously, the delivery order may differ from the order they were received in.

Rush orders are possible depending on workload and complexity. Additional rush fees may apply.

Artist Cancellation

I reserve the right to stop work on or cancel a commission due to:

  • Poor communication
  • Rude or inappropriate behavior
  • Inability to communicate effectively in English or German
  • Breach of these Terms of Service

Deadlines

Deadlines must be communicated in the initial commission request.

Average turnaround time is approximately 1–6 months per client. Commissions with short deadlines may require an additional rush fee.

Confidentiality

If you wish to keep WIPs confidential, this must be stated in your commission request.

Payments

  • Payment must be received upon delivery of the invoice within 7 days. If payment is not received, I have the right to cancel the project.
  • If payment is made in installments, ownership transfers only after full payment is received.
  • I offer Payment plan with up to 6 Splits. I will Pause after certain Steps when payment is not received. If you can not pay within the agreed upon times and stages i will cancel the commission! I will remind you two times if payment is not received and then cancel without refund if past the sketch stage!
  • Major revisions are only accepted during the sketch phase. No Refunds after that!
  • Displayed commission prices are subject to change.
Refund Policy:

Refunds are only possible while the commission is still in the sketch/lineart stage.

If major mistakes were made or dissatisfaction occurs, a partial refund may be discussed depending on the amount of completed work.

Communication

  • I will provide updates during major stages of the process (sketch, lineart, coloring) via the preferred contact method.
  • WIPs may also be requested by the client at any time, but if i feel rushed or the requests are to frequent (every day), i might cancel the commission.
  • Responses may take up to 2–3 business days depending on workload.
  • I usually do not work on commissions during weekends.
  • Please provide clear revisions. Revisions are generally limited to around 5 changes.
  • Mistakes made on my end (forgotten details, etc.) do not count toward the revision limit.

Public Display & Usage Rights

Full Copyright remain with me the Artist

Clients are nor permitted, under and circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art work for non fungible tokens/NFT.

Use of the artwork for and advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Personal Use

Personal-use illustrations may be used on personal profiles and websites that do not generate income (Twitter/X, Toyhou.se, Facebook, archive sites, etc.).

Clients may also use the artwork as wallpapers or print it for personal enjoyment.

Commercial Use

Commercial-use illustrations include usage on monetized platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Bilibili, merchandise, or promotional material.

Commercial usage fees vary depending on the project.

Credits

The client must always credit me by displaying my online handle in the bio/credits wherever the artwork is used.

Refund Requests

If the client is unsatisfied for a valid reason, they must contact me within seven (7) days after receiving the final commission.

Personal dislike or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
